Everybody is different and every BODY is different. Maximize your fitness training with in-studio classes or private training sessions. We also offer private group sessions for you, your kids, your dog, or your entire family. It’s a great way for everyone to get stronger, healthier, and happier.
In-Studio Classes (*Topping Rose House)
Before Your Class, You'll Want To Know...
Topping Rose House Classes are 60 min of my signature Mivana Move style, so we will be sculpting & flowing, stretching, and sweating it out 6 feet apart (OPTIONAL masks for those who are fully vaccinated)! CARDIO Boxing classes are 30 minutes and sneakers are required.
YOU'LL WANT TO BRING ...

Grippy socks OR indoor sneakers (please be sure they are carried in, clean and not worn outdoors).

Before Your Private Session, You'll Want To Know...
You will be challenged, both physically and mentally. Every session is a different workout, ensuring you are never bored and always present! There is a delicate balance of strength and resistance training, low impact cardio, and ballet inspired micro-movements that will fully transform your body in ways you never knew were possible.
