MIVANA MOVE workouts are intended to sculpt and strengthen muscles with low impact cardio bursts followed by restorative stretches, to give you the healthiest and fittest body possible. To us, a workout shouldn’t be torture or boring. It should be an activity that you enjoy doing consistently without creating additional pressure or stress. This is why we curated three unique courses that are sustainable, effective, and fun, designed to fit any skill level.
Not only do we emphasize physical fitness but mental fitness and healthy dieting as well. We recognize no two bodies are the same which is why we encourage healthy eating habits and maintaining a positive attitude. The small changes you make in your life add up to become bigger changes you make over time, making you more likely to stick with whatever it is you’re doing and becoming a better person.
The key to being well and staying well includes eating the right types of food, exercising a little bit each day and understanding when to take a break.
